December's exhibit features Black and White Imagery by Two Fine Art Photographers: Marie DeLean and Howard Hart.
With Body Botanic, DeLean explores the intimate world of flowers resulting in detailed views of the world of a single flower. Petals become landscapes of undulating hills and valleys, provocative stamina quiver and dance. Chiaroscuro turns veins into rivers, anthers into clouds of dust, sepals into dragon jaws.
With Sicily of Stone Mr. Hart provides his impressions of Sicily in a cold, grey February. With this series, Mr. Hart, a self-described "flaneur", exhibits fleeting moments of street scenes informed by an eye for capturing unique moods which results in his personal interpretation of this ancient land.
