National Student Juried Stereo Photography Exhibition

Perspective Gallery is proud to announce Depth Cue, a national juried exhibition of student stereo photography (3D). Student photographers (high school, college, graduate school) are invited to submit up to five stereo images for consideration. All subject matter is welcome.
Rebecca Hackemann is a British/German conceptual artist and researcher, who works in a variety of media that are concerned with viewer interaction, optics, 3D, and perception. Her work is exhibited both in the public realm and in traditional gallery spaces.
J. Claire Dean is a professional art conservator and stereo-photographer living in Portland, Oregon. She was Vice President of the 3D Center for Art and Photography, Portland, Oregon, and currently is a Board Member of 3-D SPACE and the Curator of the 3D Art Gallery at the annual National Stereoscopic Association's conventions.
Christopher Schneberger is a founder and Board Member of Perspective Gallery, he is adjunct faculty at both Columbia College Chicago and the College of DuPage, and he is a Board Member of 3-D SPACE. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally.
Entrants must be currently enrolled in a high school, college, or graduate program in the United States.
Photographers are invited to submit up to five stereo photographic images in JPEG format. Images must be submitted as side-by-side pairs (L/R) with the right image on the right. Image files should be approximately 2400 pixels wide, total, and saved in sRGB color mode. Complete the entry form at: http://perspectivegallery.slideroom.com

The accepted images will be conveyed digitally to Perspective Gallery to printed and framed. Patrons will have stereoscopes to view the image pairs. Artists will retain all rights and copyright to their images, however Perspective Gallery reserves the right to use any accepted image for the purposes of promoting the exhibition.
The entry fee for submitting up to five images is $5. The fee is non-refundable.
Perspective Gallery will receive a 50% commission on any artwork sold during the exhibition. Artists will receive 50% of the sales price of any work sold. Perspective Gallery is a not-for-profit photography gallery whose purpose is to promote photography as fine art. Perspective is located in Evanston, just north of Chicago.
